The location was very convenient. Trams and trains were within a short walk. Breakfast offered various choices including bread, cereals, ham, salami, cheese, and fruit!!!
The woman at the reception was quite rude upon arrival, it was not expected at all.

I found some aspects needing improvement. the absence of air conditioning was noticeable. Only a fan was available. the bathroom's condition was subpar, evident in the cracked sink. these details detracted from an otherwise acceptable stay.

i found the location very convenient to explore the city. it was a short walk to the tram, and the neighborhood felt very quiet. the breakfast offered a good selection, and i found the staff quite friendly. there were also restaurants close to the premises.
the bathroom was quite small, and i bumped my head on the wall while washing. the shower sides were too close!
